Our Story

I have loved baking ever since I was a teenager. In 2018 I went to a cookie course that reignited my passion for baking. After perfecting my skills, I decided to quit teaching and turn my hobby into a career. I've always been known as 'Mrs Brown' by my students and thought it would be a great name for my business. So, Mrs Brown's Biscuits was born!

As the business started to grow, I knew I needed help to keep up with the demand, and that's when Bessie came into the picture. For the past three years, we've been working tirelessly to bring our customers the most delicious and beautifully decorated iced cookies.
